  The rails are falling apart. The design of the box and having populated the files causes the shape of the box to change such that the files fall off the rails. When 1/2 populated with paperwork the rail breaks. Not stable and not worth the $139. AND.. you ONLY give 7 days to return the product when 99% of merchants give 30 days. Another reason to give you a ONE STAR rating. I will definitely be give a POOR rating on any website I find Nokbox listed. It's too bad that you don't have descent customer service.

  I purchased the full package as it states on the web site that the box is fire proof. What i received was a folding vinyl box that is clearly not fire proof and some dividers...i paid $113 with a discount... this is a rip off, you cannot claim some thing on your web site that it is not...i wrote the company with this and they wrote back saying it was not fire proof that it was merely a vessel to keep you organized as a to go box in case of a fire... false advertisement and way over priced!!! This company should be investigated!!!

  I recently purchased and received the NOKBOX FIREPROOF container on November 17. Upon opening the box and looking through the materials I could not locate any information, certification, material list or other documentation to affirm the fireproof claim. A standard of testing for such a claim would be validated by the ***************************************** (****). I asked NOKBOX to provide evidence of the fireproof claim and they could not.

  Purchased Nokbox Lite for $59. I received the very thorough pack of *** Checklists, organizing tab stickers and extras as promised. We used our own supply of folders and a storage container on hand. The *** Directions, Checklists and support materials are clear and thoughtful with a step-by-step process you are encouraged to adapt to your personal needs. This led us to explore and refine our existing directives, physical and digital orgaizational systems and think thru the how to's and location of info we would have overlooked. My extremely organized and tech-savvy spouse was surprised how valuable a process this was for our household. Yes, there is much personal time and effort involved, but we are better prepared now.

  I ordered a nokbox and was pleased with what I received because it came with vinyl cabinet to put the files in. So I proceeded to order another one because I gave mine away from my mother-in-law, and I only received the file folders. I did not receive the vinyl file cabinet to hold the files as I had the first time, I paid the exact same price and when I received the guts, I emailed them and asked him where my box was and they proceeded to tell me I could buy one for almost $40 even after I explained this was my second order and I received the box with the first order. They told me they offered different packages however I paid the exact same price both times - one with the box and one without and they will not send me a box. I believe I was ripped off and should be given a box without paying 40 bucks! I understand companies sell different packages and products but not for the exact same price! EXAMPLE: thats like selling two exact purses and one comes with a wallet and one does not, of course everybodys going to buy the purse with the wallet, whos going to buy a purse with no wallet for the same price (Nobody). Thats what theyre trying to sell me.

  They had the nokbox listed for $139, but this week it's $159 with a 15% discount available as if it were on sale!
