    First, I bought a part for my car. Within six months this part that is supposed to last a lifetime, went bad and sorry causing issues with my car.I purchase this, knowing there is a two year moneyback warranty, so I filed a return under the warranty. I sent multiple emails and called all week, for six days, not hearing back. I was never given a return label or return instructions, without asking multiple times and literally two weeks going by. I had to re-purchase the part that went bad prior to returning it for a refund, and now the part costed $11 more. I also had to pay for shipping and tax again. A week after my part was returned, I still never got a refund or got an email. Two days ago I sent an email asking where my return was, and I never got a response, just an automatic email saying my refund was issued.I was not refunded the *** I paid or the shipping for the original item which I now returned. This means that RM European put the tax money I paid for the part which I returned, in their OWN POCKET. I have the photos proving this. I have never been so upset. It took weeks to get this replacement item and they just take your money and ignore your calls and emails. I literally want to cry.

    I wanted to order a part for my car on RM Europeans homepage. I expedited the part and when I was about to pay their homepage stated an error that they were not able to accept payment. I gave up on ordering on their website and ordered my part on a different homepage instead. However I was charged for the part and the part was sent to me and I stuck with having to send back the part to RM European. The customer service acted very customer unfriendly. Instead of having a look at the website that has issues accepting payments and providing incorrect information they left me with the additional costs of returning their package to them.Very buyer and customer unfriendly company

    My 17 year old son purchased an Oil Filter Housing Unit (Order # Order *******) from RM European. My son received the part, but realized that he needed something different. He submitted a return request to RM European, which was approved. We paid for the item to be shipped back to the company, since they didn't cover shipping costs. He shipped the item back in a new box (not the manufacturer box). When the item was received, a man named Art stated that the item was not returnable/refundable because it was shipped in a manufacturer box. This is not accurate and not true. I helped my son pack the item to ship back! The company is trying avoid having to refund my son his money. Terrible customer service and a refusal to stand by their return policy. We want a full refund for the Oil Filter Housing Unit.

    DEFECTIVE PARTS - 2 of 4 Bad. (See receipt in DOC file for more info)Ordered 6 ********** OEM coil-packs for my **** when installed 2 of 6 coil-packs were defective. Engine ran very rough. Checked ECU, it showed misfire trouble codes, displayed by *** diagnostic scanner. Removed 2 defective coilpacks replaced with old coil packs, car ran perfectly with no trouble codes. I returned 2 defective coils RMA ************ priority mail. Arrived in days. No response from RM European Auto Parts; called said have returns will send new parts. Again No response from RM Auto. Called and was told they issued a refund on 9/12 instead of new parts. No refund 9/16, called again, told refund issued. However, RM Auto website did not show refund. Still waiting. No response from RM Auto, emails. .Please credit $59.47 my **** card. As promised refund not issued. $47.52 (2 defective coils packs) + $11.85 (return shipping)
