- Shipping charges will not be refunded/paid by Green Valley Turf Co. unless an item is defective or if we are responsible for a mistake during shipping. If this is the case, please contact us within 10 business days.
If an item(s) arrive damaged or defective, you must note this on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery to avoid paying return freight charges. If this is not done, you will be responsible for return freight charges back to us. Once seed product bags are open, we cannot refund or return.
Any shipments you receive with discrepancies should be reported to us within 10 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Item(s) must be returned in 30 days from date of purchase.
