    November 25th, 2023: Submitted form required by website- provided info about our dog Pepper's needs including stating she is obedient yet extremely anxious and that we were desperate to get help in reducing her anxiety. December 5th, 2023: Explained how bad her anxiety was as well as asking them to be honest if they think they can help as we know her problems are extreme. They claimed their Platinum Anxiety package ($3,195) was right fit for us. We signed a contract December 7th, 2023. Claims: Their program would initially focus on basic obedience skills to reduce anxiety by building confidence. It is the owner's job to practice the skills taught ***** minutes, 6 days a week. We are responsible for the success after they provide us with the tools. We were DEDICATED to this. We are a young couple and did not take the decision to spend this large amount of money on training lightly. They are committed to making a difference and make a promise to keep helping us past the packaged sessions if goals are not achieved.Nature of the dispute: No matter how much we worked with pepper her anxiety was not changing, we saw no improvements after 5 sessions. We voiced our concerns to them about certain trainers, about her lack of improvements, and set up multiple calls/conversations to discuss it all. On March 1st, the 5th session, were told we would have to talk to their anxiety specialist. We set up a call and they never called. Followed up and never heard back until the call on March 11th when he informed us training would not be enough to fix her issues. Tricked us into a contract, paid for obedience we never would've spent money on. Informed they can't help us completely only after being thousands of dollars in. We have tried to contact them MANY times to discuss this. We have scheduled calls that were never received. They were given every chance. The experience has been scummy from the start, we were taken advantage of. We now want a refund and to end the contract.
