      Placed an order in May. Since then, we've reached out to this company (via email and attempted via phone) several times to get shipment updates, to which we've received one response, and that was back in June. Based on the lack of communication and/or any sort of updates from this group, and their phone line issues, which appear to be long-standing, I have no choice but to assume they are fraudulent or out of business. I would never purchase from this company again.

      Ordered from them in December of 2023 and spent over $1,000 for church supplies. As of August of 2024 we still have no product. I have called multiple times and received three different answers as to why our products have not been shipped. The most recent has been a backorder claim, that was supposed to arrive months ago. Now they claim to have phone problems with ******** for the last month. So you cannot call because the lines are all busy. They also do not reply to emails, I have sent several over the last month. Sadly, this does not seem to be an uncommon complaint.

      We are a private school. We ordered lunch tables from Partner Purchasing in June. Our Sales order gives a ship date of July 24, 2024. Prior to shipping, I tried reaching out, starting on June 26th for a status check. No response to my multiple emails. When I started trying to call the phones were not working and website stated phones were down. Faxes do not go through either. We paid for 1/2 of the purchase up front, Very disappointed-

      Ordered an item online on 4/29/2024. Credit card charged $xyz.00 same day. Received email notification of order same day. Added a second item of the same by email 10 days later. Partial charge (80%) made next day for second item. Partial charge (20%) made three days later for the second item balance. Waited the 8-10 weeks delivery estimate. After ten weeks, tried telephoning. 800 number busy, regular number busy. Wrote an email. No response. Went to website which stated they were having telephone problems. Waited another week, no telephones (lines busy) and no email response.Submitted a charge dispute with **************** (goods not delivered, attempts made to contact seller.) The first charge was refunded within 6 minutes. ***** says to me 'something aint right' with this business.

      I submitted an order for small tubs for my reading rack on July 19, 2024. When I placed the order, I got a message saying thanks for the order and another message on the same page saying there was an error. I tried calling, but got no answer or way to leave a message. I can't find an email address. I haven't received an email regarding them even receiving my order, but my credit card was charged for the items. I need to turn in the receipt for reimbursement from my school and need to know when they are shipping, but can't find a way to find this out. Please let me know.Thank you! ********

      We are a public school and placed an order for 25 student desks on May 7. We were required to pay via credit card $6150.95. It is now July 25 and we have not received the desks. We call and/or email daily and they do not have working phones and do not answer emails. I'm at a loss for how to move forward as we are still in need of 25 student desks that we paid for.

      I placed an order in April and have not received it. I was told that it was backordered and would ship in June. Still no word. I have called but never gotten through and the mailbox to leave a message is full.

They come from overseas and is not always as dependable as we would like. If timing is of necessity, we can refund you your purchase and then rebill when they come in.       I have never worked with a worse company.Do not EVER waste your time even looking at their website. We placed an order with them for chairs and chair racks on 4/18/23. We wrote the check right away and they greedily cashed it on 4/25/23. We received notification of our order shipping on 8/23/23 (4 months later). We only received the chairs and had to wait another 7 months to receive the chair racks, in March 2024. On 3/25/24, I emailed them to state that the racks did not fit the chairs properly and I wanted to return them. I didn't hear back until 4/8/24, which began our long journey to try to get our refund, that I am still working on. The date today is 7/9/24. I have been trying to reconcile this order for 15 months. This business is absolutely fraudulent and you should never give them a dime of your money. I would rate them zero stars if I could. They have been completely pathetic to do business with.

      We placed and paid for an order on 5/31 for Sunday School books and to date, have not received tracking, nor had any updates after numerous attempts to reach them. Extremely disappointed in the phone loop with a full mailbox. If short-staffed, business courtesy is to update the ** and not take/cash any finances for orders. Please refund the monies or expedite the order to be received this week as the Sunday School quarter is well underway and we have no idea if/when this order will be satisfied. Our order# is:#****** Ordered on May 31, 2024, 8:21 a.m.$65.50

      I placed an order for 6 candles with Church Partner on 4/29/2024, but as of today I have not received the items. I've emailed several times and also called several times. All calls go to voicemail, where the systems say that the mailbox is full. I've yet to reach anyone from Church Partner. As a new customer I needed to send in a check before they would send out the order. They happily cashed my check on 5/9/2024. But I have not receive the order.
