    I went to this clinic because my back was in so much pain, I was told over the phone it would be 29 for a new patient this includes a exam and adjustments, once there the doctor said she couldn't adjust me because I was in so much pain they put me on a table still in as much pain when I left , I had to go to urgent care to get relief, they price gouged me ****** is so much money I won't be able to buy groceries or gas or pay my utilities this month, they should be ashamed of taking advantage of people in pain,

    To Whom It May Concern,

    We just received this email regarding this complaint yesterday.  We had received an argument against the charge from the ******************* of which she had stopped the payment for the services and products that she left with.  The first card declined, and she ran a second card to the amount.  We have yet to receive an actual payment for the services, back brace, and supplement for muscle spasm she left with.  The ad was for ***** exam and consultation.  We have strict scripting in the office so as not to confuse patients regarding the ad.  If the patient asks if they will be adjusted that day, the front desk cannot answer that for the Doctor.  The front desk is allowed to say it is not uncommon to adjust on the first day, however, the exam determines if it is appropriate.  In her case, an adjustment was not appropriate.  We did not take advantage and did our very best to accommodate an urgent situation and try to get relief.  ** times, relief can come after the service has completed.  There is no guarantee in any medical or therapeutic procedure.  I'm sorry she needed to travel the next day, and we went out of her way to help her in any way we could.  Unfortunately, by law our fees are our fees.  We are a clinic and have policies we must abide by.   Besides the card having a stop payment, she never reached out to us directly.  We are ethical in our practices and stand by our integrity.  Again, the card had a stop payment and we never received payment for the products or services.  We kindly ask that you remove this complaint.  

    P.S.  The complaint was directed to the wrong office and doctor, we didn't receive any notice of this until 10/22/2024.
