    On 12/24/2022, a frozen pipe, hot water heater and the fire sprinklers went off in my building. Very quickly there was 4-5 inches of water in my apartment. The complex sent the company they use in these situations. There was also a hole in the ceiling and my bedroom was saturated with water. I told maintenance but they only put fans in the kitchen, hall, living room and bathroom. They also took all the wet clothes and purses and put them in the bathtub which ended up ruining my purses. Once the team was back from the holidays, I was offered the option of ending my least or moving to another apartment in the complex. I chose to stay because I did not have enough time to research a new place to live. The Property Manager at the time said he would hire movers to move the large items but I had to throw away many things including my children's baby pictures. There was also at least 15 fans blowing through my home 24/7. I work from home so this was an inconvenice.Since the property management changes quite often, there was no one that was able to ensure my move was successful. A side note: I am 60 healing from a hip replacement, a broken elbow and forearm.I then moved in ****, In May 2023, the water heater broke in my new apartment and it was flooded. Again, I had to get rid of much of my items. i hired a team but they could not finishing moving and they offered me the choice of staying or getting out of my lease. I decided that the water issues were too much and left 6/28 with items still in the apartment due to my physical limitations. I just received a $719.73 bill from Camden due to leaving items in the apartment.The way this team treated me has been horrific. I would like this bill to be removed and money to compensate for losing my items and my $`1000 which represented 2 deductibles. They treated me very poorly and since there was so much turnover, no one knew what had happened before.
