I ordered on January 18th 2023. I have contacted a few times since for the $104 order requesting refund or my order. Sometimes got reply, sometimes not. I havent got a reply for a long time I thought they went out of business but now I see they are a store which is openInitial Complaint

On January 4, 2023 I placed an order with MTS for ammunition. I have been very patient with Mountain City Supply with regard to this order. It is they do not respond to phone calls or email messages. I have several times requested a refund or the product shipped to me but they ignore me on all efforts to resolve this issue. They are ignoring my attempts to receive a refund. Could you please facilitate a resolution to issue. MTS took my money and did not ship the product!Initial Complaint

Ordered ammo from this company in January of 2023, order still shows ordered and has never moved into the processing stage. I have attempted to call and email multiple times. Now the phone number listed is disconnected or something because the call just fails. I would like to have the ammo but that clearly is never going to happen. I need to have my money back. I placed an order originally with Mountain City Supply in November 2022 for $699.48 worth of ammo in a special they were running. I had ordered before and never had an issue. They send me an order confirmation and charged my credit card. They sent an email saying it would be delayed several weeks. It was okay because it was just for reserve ammo. I kept emailing them and getting responses, the most recent being May 3, *************************************************************** fill them and that I would hear from them again shortly. I have now not heard from them at all, cant charge back my credit card and never received anything. I am out a lot of money and want my refund. I ordered 9mm ammo from Mountain City Supply late in 2022. I requested updates multiple times on order status and spoke to multiple customer service reps all stating they just needed more time. I had ordered from MCS before and they had long ship times but I always received my order. Well when I finally asked for a refund they said they would process it but nothing happened. Called back and it looks like the phone was disconnected. Auto emails says they are working through things and will get back to me but to call my credit card and dispute the charge if I want. Well I tried that but it had been 6 plus months of them telling me I would get my ammo and the dispute period had past with my credit card. So now I am out $258.Initial Complaint

I made three orders from this company totaling $1321.35 My credit card was charged immediately, I received a partial delivery on the first order and nothing since, this has been between ***** months ago (9/6/22, 12/5/22, 12/16/22) and I haven't received the rest of my orders and have gotten no response from the company from attempts to contact them through emails and phone ********/6/22- #****** 12/5/22-#****** 12/16/22-#******
