- Refund and Exchange Policy
Space Voyage summer camp offers a full refund, less a $25 admin fee if requested by May 1st of the camp year in question. Space Voyage offers a 50% refund, less a $25 admin fee, if requested by May 15th of the camp year in question. Space Voyage Summer Camp offers no refund after May 16 of the camp year. Families are strongly encouraged to let their children read the brochure and visit our web site before they sign up.
Space Voyage School Seminar fee are based on a per participant, with a minimum number of students attending. A written agreement (contract) is signed by SV and the school principal, at the time of scheduling. If additional students attend, beyond the minimum in the agreement, the school remits the fees due based on the original agreement.
Project Voyager: The STE(A)M after school enrichment club is school based and club, team or crew organized. Schools pay a small fee to register, then individuals pay fees to participate. Fee's cover things like program tee shirts, and there are no refunds, once paid. Participants may choose to be members only program where they can get more information and access to online forums, knowledge bases, etc. Membership to these is refundable, less a $25 administrative fee and with the refund being prorated on the time left (in months) on the membership
Hosting and white glove Internet consulting offers hosting by the year, and SEO consulting using a monthly recurring fee, and additional web work on a per project basis. Web sites, once built and deploed and not refundable. If a client paid for the site and domain, they can move the domain and website for an administrative fee. This fee is based on hours to do at $80/hr. Clients are required to bring their account current, with no fees due before a website is released. We offer no services to move sites to other servers nor do we guarantee that any or all code developed by us, will work on other servers and hosting companies.
