5 starsThis is a long overdue (sorry!), thank you and recognition re: the incredible service ******* and *************************** provided to me as a prospective customer.******* went out of her way to make sure to explain the process and assist me with making the appointment. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional.And then *******, during the appointment really knocked it out of the park! His professionalism, expertise, conscientious attitude and behavior was really incredible ... he explained what was going on during the inspection, how flat spots, etc., can contribute to future issues, walked me out to the front of the property to exlore options - I am interested in a trenchless repair/replacement. I was REALLY, REALLY impressed with him throughout the entire experience. I/we haven't moved forward yet - I just got laid off from my job last week - but if/when we do, I will definitely want ******* involved/leading the effort. BTW, I learned that *******'s no longer with the company, but kudos also to ********** was very impressed with her assistance earlier today as well - you have some great employees.Regards,*******************Sewer Lines Only

5 starsThis company is an example of extraordinary service!!! I contacted this company based upon a recommendation from my Realtor. After comparing prices of other ****** area companies, I went with Sewer Lines Only. I met **** at the property, where he went over the video inspection of the sewer line, provided me advice on options and followed up with a detailed proposal. He was then able to schedule me on a very short lead time and provided me with updates as the scheduled date got closer. The 4-man crew, lead by ****, arrived before 8:00 am as promised, had all their tools ready to go and worked as a coordinated team. The finesse at which they used the excavator to dig two holes was amazing. There was very minimal deformation to the landscaping and bushes during their work. They used the "pipe bursting" method to create a new line. The only delays in the project were to wait for over an hour for a city inspector to show up (late) and look at their work. After that, they completely back filled both holes and then thoroughly cleaned up the property, to the point where if I hadn't witnessed their work during the day you would be hard-pressed to tell what they had accomplished in a few hours. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company for anyone who needs a quality sewer replacement. Their pricing was reasonable, their contract was highly itemized as to what the scope of work would be, what materials they would use, when they could schedule and what the cost would be. A job well done by a dedicated company team of people.Sewer Lines Only

5 starsI can't express enough my appreciation of Sewer Lines Only for their integrity, knowledge and friendly service. A year ago another company wanted to charge us over $25,000 for taking care of a blocked sewer line. Sewer Lines Only was able to take care of the problem for $350. They just came out and cleaned our main 85 year old line again and we will have them do this maintenance clean every year. ******** in ******Sewer Lines Only

5 starsI'm very satisfied with the work! We had a waterline break under the slab in our basement. I had a couple other bids and Sewer Lines Only was more knowledgeable than the others, more professional, and the pricing was fair. After the work was completed they followed up with us to make sure everything was working well. I wwould definitely use them again.Sewer Lines Only

5 starsEveryone I had dealings with, from the office help and estimator, to the men that did the work were up front with me and did a terrific job. Nothing was forgotten or overlooked and the entire process was as promised. Very commendable! I would not hesitate to call these folks for any sewer line situation. A great team of people. 5 starsWe had Sewer Lines Only came out after a plumber couldn't find the 'why' on a washing machine back up. ******* was our guy and he was polite, attentive and careful. He persisted in his trouble shooting until the actual problem was uncovered. Turns out a plumber will be required to solve but with his diligence we know exactly what we are dealing with. ********, responsible and attentive, just what one hopes for in a service, Total 5 Stars!
