- If for any reason you want a refund for your purchase and the impression kit has been used, the refund will deduct $30.00 for the cost of the impression kit if it is an upper and lower kit, and $20.00 if it is a single retainer kit.
Retainers that do not fit will be evaluated for returns on a case by case basis. You must let us know within 48 hours of receiving your retainer of any and all issues. No refunds on impression kits will be issued after 30 days from date of purchase. No refunds will be given after 50 days from date of purchase. No exceptions. - Business Categories
