      I ordered the product in November and received it then. I noticed that I had been double charged and I have tried to contact prosper wellness without any success. I am requesting a full refund and I will return the product. None have been used.

      Earlier this year I found out about this product. I thought since endorsed by a fellow alternative health person that I follow that it would be safe for me. I found ingredients that are not good for my health and found that the product did not even work for me. I reached out for a refund of product because I did not notice the ingredients at first. I was so excited to try since after this person won a beauty pageant.I have not received a response and would like my money back.

      August 8 2022 I have been trying to send back these gummies to Prosper wellness because they don't work and are making me ill I cannot get ahold of anyone to let me know how to return them and get my money back which they guarteened I could do if i needed to do I was charged $280 dollars I am 76 years old and live in a limited income I would appreciate any help you can give me Thankyou

      On 10-4-21 I was charged ****** from my checking account for a buy 3 get 1 free offer from Prosper Wellness, also calling themselves Thrive Heal. order number *****. I got a confirmation email about my order the day I made the purchase, and I have called the company and left a voice mail twice asking why I have not heard anything about my order being shipped, and I do not get a response. I include all of the information they would need, including the order number and the price, my name, and email, but they don't answer. I'd like a refund. Please help me get a refund. Thank You.

      I ordered the joint restore trial gummies on 08/25, my card was charged on 08/26. I received an email 2 days later stating my order was being processed. During this time period I received multiple emails trying to sell me other products. I waited a week after that due to the distance for mail. I emailed ******* on 09/08 and did not get a response. I emailed ******* again with a return receipt request. Still no response. I attempted to call on 09/11 and left a voicemail to call me back. No call back. I attempted to call 3 more times on 09/13 and again no response. I filed a dispute with my bank for the charges on 09/13. This seems to be a scam and I would warn everyone to NOT do business with this company.

      On July 29 I placed an order for items but have not received the merchandise. They do not answer phone calls, or emails.. I feel this company is no longer doing business and the loss of $229 is apel reason to complain
