    it's pretty simple. I canceled my subscription after one month, before the deadline.They did not cancel but rather kept charging me ***** a month.I have contacted them via email voicemail etc. at least a half a dozen times I'm still getting charged and no one has responded in any way shape or form to my concerns.

    Signed up on the website November 5th 2022. They charged my account then blocked me from using their website without an explanation. When you call the customer service number they make you leave a message. They never call you back. I left several messages asking for a reimbursement. They charged my checking account again and I again tried to get through to live person, but it only let's you leave a message. I left several email messages and still no reply. I am looking for a reimbursement for 2 charges and for my account to be disconnected. Thank you, ****************
