One day after we closed on a **** house in ******, **, Bestway Insulation arrived to blow cellulose insulation into every baffle of our walls and into the attic. The first night I slept against the wall of my bedroom, I was freezing (on a 40-degree night). The second night I was perfectly warm. It was a shocking difference. I don't know what our natural gas bills would have been before getting the house insulated, but we have kept our house at a very warm/comfortable temperature all winter (it's the last day of February), and the furnace rarely kicks on. Our utility bills are much lower than I expected, and I assume the same will be true when we need to use A/C during the summer.The best part is that the folks at Bestway were a joy to work with! Everyone I interacted with - which includes ******, the owner, ****, the leader of the team, and ***, who was SO helpful on the phone when we had a leak in the attic many weeks later (not the fault of the insulation folks, but I had to **** through the insulation to clean up and repair). I'm truly impressed with how relational this company is. And SO AFFORDABLE! It was the best $5,000 we spent, considering we plan to be in this house 15+ years, and we're likely saving $100/month on our utilities. It's also better for the planet and much more comfortable for us!

I cannot say enough good things about Bestway Insulation Company. The office staff, ****** and her husband are very attentive to your every whim. It was a pleasure working with them.The crew of four men who showed up on Saturday were also kind, considerate and very efficient. All I can say is that insulating is a very messy job and I have never witnessed men work as hard as this crew worked. They did a tremendous job on insulating the house. Best money I ever spent.***

We hired Bestway Insulation to insulate the attics and the ceiling above our garage. Our trilevel house was built in the late ****s and was poorly insulated. ***** **** and **** did a great job from start to finish. They were friendly, they cleaned up after themselves, and most import they did a great job insulating the house. We got estimates from several other companies and none of those planned to do as much work as Bestway did for us. We feel we got a LOT for what we paid. We are very happy.

I have wanted to add insulation into my 75 year old home for several years. After doing research, I found Bestway listed as one of the recommended companies on the Xcel Rebate site, so I decided to call and get an estimate. The estimator, *****, came out and gave me an estimate for doing an energy audit (which has a rebate), air sealing if indicated, and putting insulation in the attic, walls (main floor and basement), and crawl space (which also had rebates available). There was no pressure. He was very friendly and informative. It was made clear I could choose any, all, or none of the options. The prices were separated out so I could choose which way I wanted to go. I decided to do everything to get it done right. ****** set me up for a date and then was able to move me up due to a cancellation. She sent 2 crews out to do the job. The crew was wonderful. They all were very kind and polite, and they answered all my questions. They worked diligently and stayed late to complete the job. They cleaned up and left everything as they found it. I was extremely impressed with the care they demonstrated while doing the job. I found the service Bestway provided quite refreshing. ****** stayed in contact with me throughout the process. She provided education and information as I requested. She demonstrates a quality of ownership to be praised. I appreciate the interest she and her company have in improving the comfort level of homeowners. Previous years we had to run 2 portable ac's with floor and ceiling fans to keep the house at ***** degrees. Now, we only use 1 ac for a short period in the early evening and only use the ceiling fans to keep the temp ***** degrees. It is so much more comfortable. I can't wait to see how comfortable it will be in the winter, and I look forward to lower heating bills. ***** B

Truly wonderful people at Bestway Insulation! There are very few companies that I would say that I feel that I can trust...and Bestway is definitely one of them. They are pleasant to talk with and ever so patient in answering my endless list of questions about insulation. They provide you with a worst case cost estimate, but tell you that whatever they dont do, they will remove when you get the actual cost at the end - and they did without my asking (even though I tracked it in my head). I was dreading the day when the work would be done - fearing such a mess and a hassle - BUT it was all for nothing. They took care of my house - laying down protectors for the carpet and walls and then cleaned up any mess at the end of the job. Had I known it was so easy, I would have done this this years ago...and should have as my insulation level in my attic was only at an R10 level, but is now up to R60 - imagine how much money I was wasting over the years. I can truly feel the difference in the temperature of the upper level. If you are struggling with an uncomfortable 2nd story - dont put it off, call them - you will understand once you talk with them and feel how you are treated.
