    The technician was rude and unhelpful, simply telling me to return the item when it did not work. They charged a restocking fee and return shipping, which makes me think they just wanted to profit from the return. Ill be using another company next time.

    We are sorry for the experience you had with the technical support team from the manufacturer of the device you purchased from us.  Our understanding of the matter is that after an hour of attempting to get the device to work with your system, it was unable to connect properly, so the manufacturer recommended that the device be returned.   We regret any rudeness by the manufacturers technician when troubleshooting the device.

    After reviewing your case, we have determined that you have received the full refund for the item purchased.  Please see the attached Credit Memo for $1,271.71 refunded to your ****** account that was sent to the email address on file on March 11th, 2025.

    As mentioned to you in an email dated March 3, 2025: "As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, please also know that we do not generate profit from returns. Any returned items are carefully treated to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is always to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Though returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on our manufacturers, this case in particular does not include any associated fees."  

    As indicated in the email, we were able to work with our manufacturing partner to waive any restocking fees for this return and this is our standard procedure when a device is unsuccessfully troubleshooted by the manufacturer.  We can confirm that no restocking fee was charged in this case.

    Again, we are sorry the manufactures technician was unhelpful in troubleshooting the device.  We are sorry that you had a negative experience and would like to assure you that we strive to provide top-notch products and top-notch service.
