    Nancy Strickland, owner of All Design and Build, replaced 10 windows in my house during May 2025. I have since discovered that they were not installed correctly. I had a second company, All Around Windows and Restoration, inspect the windows and they outlined several elements which were not installed correctly. For example, Nancy's company did not use spray foam to insulate the windows. They left flashing below the windows, which is a safety hazard and shows a lack of sealing. There are several places where the trim does not line up and places where there are gaps in the seals. Also, some windows were not aligned properly and were actually crooked. These examples are shown in the attached photos.I am requesting that Nancy's company pay me $7500, which is roughly the amount of labor and materials that I paid her, to help pay for proper reinstallation of the windows. The total cost of reinstallation of the windows is $10,400. But I'm willing to accept the materials and labor cost that I paid to Nancy in the amount of about $7500.If Nancy refuses to refund me the $7500, I will take her to court and file a lawsuit to reclaim more than the $7500. In fact, I will request that she pays for the full price of reinstallation ($10,400), as well as attorney fees and damages, resulting in a total of $25,000.
