              I was a subscriber to Yourgipet Bestlife at the rate of $60 per month. I was billed my monthly fee on 02/13/**** that would cover my subscription for the next full month. I cancelled my subscription on 02/15/**** and requested a pro-rated refund of the pre-paid subscription. However, the business cancelled my subscription and refused to provide any pro-rated refund. Since there is no pro-rated refund, my subscription should have remained active to the end of the pre-paid subscription period. The business only accepts contact via email. I attempted to contact the business by a phone number they provided when I first subscribed, however, it is just a recording instructing to contact them via email. It provides no option to speak to a person to resolve the dispute or even leave a message.My requested resolution is exactly what I requested from the business at the time I cancelled the subscription -- a prorated refund of the $60 paid for the subscription through March ****.

              This company called us do to some IT work for them. We sent a tech out and he worked all day for them, setting up printers, computers, etc. Then Destination Pet decided not to pay for our services. No reason, just refuse to pay or communicate with us. The Computer Magiciain llc.
