Refund and Exchange Policy

OUR AIR BED RETURN POLICY IS THIS:  If, after a Minimum of 20 Nights and no more than 30 Nights, the customer is not completely satisfied with their Air Bed Purchase, they may return the Air Bed, at their expense, less a minimal $75.00 return fee, for a refund. If the customer originally used an American Express card for payment, there will also be an additional 3.5% fee, which is what American Express passes on to all merchants, as their refund fee. There are no additional fees for any other form of payment!  You will not be deducted for the original shipping charges to you!* Parts and accessories ordered separately are not covered under the 30 Night Sleep Trial. Wooden Foundations and Electric, Adjustable Bed Frames are not covered under the 30 Night Sleep Trial. There are no additional fees for any other form of payment!  You will not be deducted for the original shipping charges to you!*  The 30 Night Sleep Trial begins the first night after receipt of your new Air Bed.  
**WHAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE:  Adjustable "Electric" Bed Frames, Wooden Bed Foundations, RV Air Beds, Accessories, Parts (including but not limited to air chambers, replacement valves, air inflators and Sling-Rails, etc.), Special Orders, Mattress Pads/Protectors, ChiliPads, ForeverAire Guest, Sofa and RV Beds, Pillows, Linens, Special or Extra Delivery Charges, Threshold and White Glove Delivery, Are Not Covered under the 30 Night Sleep Trial and are Therefore, NOT REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE.
