    I ordered this product reported to treat ear ringing. I reviewed to see if it was a subscription or just a one time trial. No subscription was listed. After I took the product and it did not work I received another 2 bottles for the price of $97.95. I called and requested a *** which was provided after refusing the reduction in **st which I did not want. After threating the ** with a BBB report **** relented and I sent the product back for a FUL refund. After almost a month I called and inquired about the refund and was told they did not receive the product back., until I provided the tracking number. Then they charged a "restocking" fee which is just a way of ripping people off. I refused to pay the $10 fee per bottle so she reduced it to $5 per bottle. Such a scam! Do not fall for this product! They will try and rip you off any way they can.

    No star rating for this company. This website mandated a rating even though this entity described below does not deserve it.On initial purchase, the billing entity double charged me for my order. When confronted with this issue two day later, the *** tried to give me a discount on my doubled price. The only way it was refunded is when I threatened to contact my *********** It was then that it was promptly returned.After trying the product for 27 days with negative results, I contacted customer service for a refund. The ***, Sky, tried numerous attempts to reason the non refund of my purchase price. I asked for a manager to talk to and I was placed on hold twice more while the *** sought a manager. In the end I was told a manager would call me back in an hour. Also noted is that it appears that customer service is an off country location since it was hard to understand the *** due to his thick accent. After over an hour wait, NO phone call from a manager at the customer service center for this product was received and so I filed a dispute with my credit card company.Very dishonest ***resentation of this product from the very beginning.

    Crooks the ad I saw ***** and the first alert said that then I got another one for 2***** got in touch with in 2 minutes and said that they could not stop and these Saturday night at around 2 in the morning got in touch with Direct Express and they tried to run the 239 2 times and lied out their **** holes like crazy I live on disability and I never would spend that kind of money to I just lost my wife to cancer and the hurricane tore my place apart and they could have stopped the time I made it but would not and I am still trying to get some of my money back told them I need to buy some food and get medicine and didn't give a s*** about it still no food and meds
