I emailed them asking to cancel my recurring subscription (their website is very user un-friendly...there is no clear way to cancel there). I was emailed back by the clerk with: "Regarding the request to cancel your membership, please give the shop a call so we can go over more details." I refuse to spend the time calling since they will undoubtedly try to twist my arm into not canceling, negotiating with me, making me take some kind of a survey, etc. just to cancel my subscription. This is a very common sales tactic to prevent loss: "call us and we'll help you cancel" and you end up on the phone for 15 minutes. I replied to her email with: "What kind of details? Is that part where you guys try to talk me out of it, LOL. Just cancel the membership, man."This email was ignored. I emailed her again a few days later and that email was also ignored. Then I got a text message from the shop asking me if I can reschedule appointments that I already canceled! Here's the thing: it's a haircut. I'm not changing health insurance, or closing a bank account, or preparing taxes or anything that would require some red-tape laden process. I am simply trying to cancel a membership to a ****** shop, and they absolutely refuse to click the button in their computer to do it. I have to call, I have to negotiate, etc TO CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP FOR A HARIRCUT?!?!?!?I DEMAND that they cancel my membership NOW and NO, I will NOT call. This is supposed to be simple. Nope, they just ignore you when you email or respond to their text messages.I will be leaving a nasty review of their business on every single platform no matter what happens. This is completely unnecessary behavior on their part. Answer you emails and stop making a small thing like this difficult. It is so outrageous that I have to file a BBB complaint to get that accomplished And, one more time, their website absolutely has no way whatsoever to cancel on there. ***, I am a web designer so I know it's not me!

Thank you for the follow up. They finally cancelled my membership, so case closed. Side note: it's interesting that the root of this problem was that they ignored multiple emails and text messages from me. They could have simply replied to one of my emails and this all would have been resolved from the get go, but apparently they like to ignore their customers. Ironically, including the ******************** as it seems they haven't responded to you guys at all. Pretty poor customer support.

Thank you again, I greatly appreciate your efforts. Have a nice weekend
