      Do yourself a favor and do not buy from these clowns! I purchased a set of NICHE Essen M147 20x9 wheels which they claimed it only weights 28 lbs per wheel. When the wheels arrived, I inspected and found out the wheels weight 33 lbs each. That's an additional 5 lbs per wheel with a total of 20 lbs more than advertised on their website. I attempted to contact them for a resolution which didn't include me paying for a 15% restocking fee plus shipping since the issue was on their end and not mine. **************** is non existence with minimal effort npc vibes of empty words and deceptive practices.

      They did their job. But after waiting 5 days , I picked up my vehicle so I could have it for the weekend . And lo and behold early Monday morning before 8 am I got a call saying the part they needed to finish the job was in . Early Monday am . Did the part come in early early that morning ? I dunno anyways , another couple of days in their shop . I look at my receipt, asked about the 4 charges for bumper winch z it's the same wording , just mixed around, sure seems I got charged 4 times for the same product / work . I've asked for explanations from a couple of employees. The guy who took my order face to face gave me an explanation THAT DID NOT MAKE SENCE TO ME !. I told him I still didn't understand the charges , again he repeated some words to me ( same words different order . So I asked another employer there , he raised his eyebrows and said he has no idea why the invoice is written up like that . And also ... $ 200 for towels ??! Seems I got price gouged and I'm upset . I will further investigate this . 6 weekdays in the shop , 4 charges for winch bumper , and $200 for Towels . With ???

      This place is ridiculous. I ordered the wrong rim and refused package because they didn't answer phone and their charging me for half the rim don't order from here.

      I ordered November 7th still not product Dec. 6th I cancelled but can only get a gift card which I'm afraid to use because they never sent the item I ordered and it was a birthday gift, no apology from them, very difficult to even get an actual person very strange

      I order a package a month ago and its still not here and they said itd be shipped out by Nov 30. They also said that this part is the first part that they are making and that it was a pre order when nothing was said or shown about it being a pre order

      Im Saijin and I ordered a full nitrous system, two sparco flat seat brackets, and hardware screws for around $2,000. After about a week It said shipped and order fulfilled, after checking track my order every single item I bought was all under the same tracking number and the package was only 1 pound. I did not receive what I purchased.

      Absolute joke wheel pro and real truck. Purchased set of rims and tires for new F150. Was sent E rated tires for a 1/2 ton pickup that were out of balance. Had my shop tried to balance and was told need eccentric rings and if i bring it back with them on they can not work on it.( company policy) Called real truck and was told i should not need them but will send them out anyway. Had another shop rebalance them with rings on the truck. Still not right . Had shop perform static balance and was told two of the tires are out of round. Nothing more they can do. After going back and forth with real truck there 30 day excuse was up and was told to contact Wheel pro. Contacted wheel pro and said i have to contact real truck. Both pointing fingers at each other and now stuck with vibration on a brand new truck. ****** learned go to a real tire shop next time

      I originally ordered an exhaust in September that said preorder available. I reached out and asked how long it would be before it was shipped and they said not until mid October, they offered to get me one with burnt tips for $80 more that they had in stock and it came 4 days later. All the parts are genuine and packed nicely. I was hesitant since the reviews arent very good but its definitely not a scam just know that if it says preorder/backorder you might have to wait a little bit for them item.

      If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a part not listed for backorder and guess what it was backorder after I ordered it. Trying to cancel was a nightmare. I tried to shoot them an email as I had already recieved the exact same part from a different site and didn't need this "backorder" part any longer. Instead their chatbot replies trying to get me to cancel through their order modification system. Then some guy named **** replies and I reply to him asking to help me with my cancelation. No reply. Few weeks go by and I just do that dumb cancelation request through the order modification thing. Then another guy named **** replies offering me a discount and alternate methods of getting something I don't need anymore. I didn't immiediately see his reply but after 2 weeks or less I do reply to him. And guess what. That same day in the afternoon the part I no longer wanted and tried to cancel at least twice already ships out. At this point I'm angry but I think. Maybe **** will email back. I wait a full week and he never replies so the following week I call them up and once I'm finally able to get through some dude names **** tries to say it's my fault cause I never replied to **** that a cancelation request is only a that. A REQUEST. I end up angry again and ask him to escalate this issue to a higher up. Instead **** is finally emailing me back. Once again saying it's my fault for taking two weeks to reply. That it simply shipped the same day I replied to him to cancel by coincidence that they had no control over it shipping that same day. Even if I believed that why didn't **** ever get back to me either after they shipped my part and took my money? Oh by the way they charged me for the part months ahead before it even shipped. And the day it shipped was not the day listed to be shipped. In fact it was scheduled to ship about one or 2 weeks later. So?? Sketchy right. Anyways they are trying to charge me 25% and I have to ship back. It's all my fault-THROTL
