      you have to email them, can not ever get anyone on the phone for help! Samba replied through an email about the question i had about if a driver renews their DL, the new expiration date on the DL does not update in the Samba platform/system until you purchase another MVR with Samba even though the DL has been renewed, what a money hungry company this is! I mean i thought that is why people and companies used this platform to update all this information while paying for their services.

      SambaSafety provides support via our dedicated team of Customer Support Representatives. We close a majority of our cases within 1 hour upon receipt of the initial inquiry. This case was opened at 10:06 AM MST and we were able to research and provide an answer back by 10:54 AM MST on the same day. A driver license expiration date is data that is provided by state governmental agencies. SambaSafety cannot update any information related to a state issued drivers license without the customer running a new Motor Vehicle Record. This process is well documented and discussed with customers throughout their onboarding process with SambaSafety. We understand our customers have a lot to work through with keeping drivers on the road and believe that our solutions aid them in accomplishing that mission.

      They say my drivers license is suspended when it is not. No one will answer calls, no one will return calls, they do not update disputes. If you email them they give an automated email reply that does nothing. I will take them to court over lost wages.

      They got me deactived from **** over a driving citation that was minor and nearly 2 years old.That same citation showed up in over 7 background checks over the last year and a half on Checkr and nothing ever came of it. They are using an old citation against me that didn't count toward any points against my driver's license, I don't k ow if they have someone looking at it or they're using crude AI algorithms to interpret key words.But that's not the worse part, the worse part is nobody communicates. You can't reach anyone on the phone, you can file a dispute but I've heard that can take weeks sometimes months to resolve and I don't have time. I probably won't get back any money I lose during this indefinite period.If they're gonna make decisions that will have adverse effects on people's lives they need to have someone at the ready to listen to their concerns immediately.I'm literally wondering if I should now go to the media or seek legal council because this is a common complaint against this company and their extreme negligence on handling these issues effects people's lives adversely.

      Place gives out inaccurate information. Called local dmv license in valid but on samba end they claim its not. I will be looking into filling a class action lawsuit against company.

      ***** has ran my background check and said my license is invalid I have provided pictures of my driving record and it shows everything OK checkrs has passed both of my records criminal and traffic can samba please fix this issue that is happening to alot of great drivers not just one but a bunch of us or we will have to take legal action against samba #lawyers

      I have been dropped from UBER because this company has stated that my license is not valid/Suspended which is incorrect. I have sent my dispute in & its taking forever. Holding up people who have these types of jobs as their main income up from working & making a living.

      - If you have changed states, acquired a new driver's license number, renewed or if the *** information is outdated, we recommend reaching out to your employer or insurance company to request a re-run of your *** through **************** Inc.

      Next steps to consider:
      - Confirm with your employer/insurance company that they have your current driver's license number and the state of issuance on file with them.

      Lastly, please be aware that **************** Inc. does not play a role in hiring or approval decisions. The company you applied to independently determines the records considered for employment based on its specific requirements.

      The last ticket i had on my driving report was satisfied or cleared by the my local DMV. The report is not accurate, i filled out 2 dispute forms with all the documentations/ papers from the courthouse and my local DMV. How can i follow up on the disputes ??? How do i get in touch with you guys ??? Or even speak to a Real customer service agent ???

      Yesterday I got booted from Uber rideshare because this joke of a company did a background check on me and determined my liscense was expired. The number on the report isn't even my liscense number. There is no way to reach them by phone and in the meantime I am out $200 - $400 per day in potential earnings while they take their sweet time fixing this

      Horrible company I am a disabled veteran who depends on his license to survive. ***** flagged my account and informed me that my license was suspended. Upon investigating, the suspension was erroneous. The *** immediately granted all privileges and removed any restrictions. I rented a vehicle since I had recently been having issues with my personal vehicle. I rented the car on Friday samba did the report that night and promptly cut off my access immediately. Here we are Thursday and Im still waiting with no end in sight and o have to return the vehicle in the morning. This is horrible support and service.
