"It is extremely disappointing that REcolorado operates as a monopoly, leaving licensed real estate agents with no alternative REMOVEDUnfortunately, this lack of competition appears to result in unfair REMOVEDAugust 2025, I updated a listing one day past their 3-day rule and was charged a $50 fine. When I contacted REcolorado in December 2025 for clarification, I spoke with REMOVED, a Data Accuracy Specialist, who emailed me stating: Please note that you did not receive an untimely status change." ...
