      I contacted in June an ******** based division of My Moving Solutions. They me out of my ****, **** condo on June 28th. They did a decent job. I did have to put my things in storage until I could find a place in the ************* /********** ** Area. I contacted them in August to say I had a lease at the ****************************** on Sept 6th. I received a call that my move would be September 6th thru 9th. That was great. No one showed during this time. I was given another date a week later. Since, then when call their office *********************** promises to get back to me, I call twice a week. On October 4th, I received an email from the representative ***** from the ********************************************************* ************** stating that my furniture and belongings were on the truck. I still have no idea where my belongings are? I then call the ************ in *********, ** 2 weeks ago. Once again, treated so rudely once gain blamed for my over two-month delay. I paid up front everything I was asked. The communications between all these offices were no-existent. I was told to send all my correspondences by the ********* headquarters ************** to the email [email protected]. I have not heard anything at all from them. I told the rude gentlemen, no name ever was revealed that I was going to report my belongings stolen, He went ballistic. Once again, I called *********************** in the ********, ** office, I have been calling since late August. I paid two months' rent in an apartment here in *************, ** I could not reside in. I also stayed at a hotel during this time. Finally, I had to buy a new living room set, and tv and I moved on November 1st. All this out of pocket. Now, winter is here an all my clothes is still with Moving Solutions I have been told both in ** and UT. I had to take this desperate measure to contact the BBB, because dealing with this unprofessional situation for 2 1/2 months I am at my whit's end.************************* **************

      I called a moving company I found on the internet I called them and they explained how it would work, the timeline and the cost I provided an inventory of the things we'd be moving was given a total price of $6,789 a deposit of $1,400 due upon booking with the balance to be paid half at pickup and half at delivery was told our things would arrive within 5-7 days after pickup we scheduled for July 26th was told workers would arrive between 9am and noon this was the timeline I used to plan our trip including hotel reservations and the closing of our house (U-Haul etc) workers didn't arrive until 5:30 on the 26th upon arrival they changed the price up to $8,586 am increase of almost $1,800 they also told me if I wanted my stuff in the first 7 days it would be another $5,000 more and if not it would be there in 24 BUSINESS DAYS however they said it shouldn't take anywhere near that long it was late and we needed to get going so I agreed they brought in a big stack of empty boxes even tho I had already packed they packed things that we asked them not to take like pillows and blankets and left things that we asked them to bring all that were on the inventory because they claimed they didn't have room at last minute told me they needed cash and that they couldn't take debit card which is not what the contract says this is now 11 o'clock at night bank was close so had to wait till 9 am to withdraw that amount of cash which threw off our schedule it has now been 28 business days and we still haven't received our stuff I have had to call many times often just getting a busy signal or leaving a message that has never been returned the couple of times they have answered I've gotten the runaround been told I'd be called back when I haven't been 2 days ago I was told they would be loading our stuff that day or the next to bring it I'm not sure where from the last 2 days I've called multiple times but get no answer. has been a big inconvenience and very costly. Is it a scam? Help
