On July 18, 2025, in the District Court, Arapahoe County, Colorado, the People of the State of Colorado filed a complaint against Bruce T. Robertson and charged him with 18 counts of theft and 1 count of Fraud by Check. The State alleges, at various times between July 29, 2022 and June 9, 2025, Bruce T. Robertson unlawfully, feloniously, and knowingly obtained, retained or exercised control over a thing of value, namely: United States currency without authorization or by threat or deception, and knowingly used, concealed, or abandoned the thing of value in such manner as to permanently deprive the recipients of its use or benefit.
Wtih regard to the Fraud By Check Count, between and including July 17, 2024 and December 31, 2024, Bruce T Robertson, knowing he had insufficient funds with the drawee, US Bank, with intent to defraud, unlawfully issued a check in the sum of five thousand dollars or more but less than twenty thousand dollars to American Stainless Steel Corporation for the payment of goods and services.

The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the governments allegations, which have not yet been proven.

On January 12, 2023, in the District Court, Arapahoe County, Colorado, the People of the State of Colorado filed a complaint against Bruce T. Robertson and charged him with one count of Theft.
On or about February 14, 2020, Bruce Robertson unlawfully, feloniously, and knowingly obtained, retained or exercised control over a thing of value, namely: United States currency of Spectra Food Services & Hospitality and/or Larimer County, Colorado, with the value of twenty thousand dollars or more but less than one hundred thousand dollars, without authorization or by threat or deception, and knowingly used, concealed, or abandoned the thing of value in such manner as to permanently deprive Spectra Food Services & Hospitality and/or Larimer County, Colorado of its use or benefit; in violation of section 18-4-401(1)(b),(2)(h), C.R.S.
