            I employed the services of 1st Call Heating and & Air to diagnose a problem with my furnace. Found bad control board on furnace not supplying constant power to gas valve when in call for heat causing unit to no longer work. No replacement control board found as furnace is 25 years old and manufacturer no longer make this board. I paid $99 for this diagnostic report. I replaced the unit. The information that ***** (contact) provided caused me to be denied coverage under the Equipment Breakdown Coverage and was not the information I paid and acted on based on Work Order: WO-****. I am asking that they correct this error and provide a letter that is consistent with Work Order: WO-**** that states ... Found bad control board on furnace not supplying constant power to gas valve when in call for heat causing unit to no longer work. Further, the control board experienced a catastrophic failure (your technician references bad) and did not fail due to age. Sent letter, calls, no response

            I just spent two hours trying to find this HVAC company. Finally found a check I wrote to ************************* from last year 5/2020. I can't recommend this company enough, they were professional, reasonable, and when other HVAC companies told me I needed to replace the furnace, 1st Call Heating and Air was able to revamp my furnace and it has been running like a gem. They also perked up the air conditioner that we thought was broken and needed replacement-just in time for the heat! I was so fond of this company that I just spent hours trying to find them and book my next appointment. I was happy to find them here on the BBB and call for an appointment.
