Incomplete job Misrepresentation of final product Attempts to up charge for wrong product being delivered Response back to requests of incomplete work and manufacturer warranty resulted in an email to charge more for finishing the job. Air and water intrusion issues from lack of proper finishing of windows and door. Property damage from careless install and unfinished install. (Caulking and foam globs on windows, floors and decking, gaps in caulk lines, water leaking in where caulking isnt properly finished and large openings left, etc. ) Caulking, foam, nails, screws, trash and other debris left all around install areas. The attempts to build frames to cover lack of proper window sizes being ordered were short lumber and incomplete and already falling apart from flimsy fasteners being used. When attempting to bring up measuring and install issue I was interrupted repeatedly and my concerns for unfinished product werent heard and dismissed. I still have 2 windows uninstalled and in a storage shed and 7 windows partially finished and one patio door partially finished. The only completed parts of the project were Re screens on 3 windows and one new glass pane done by other subcontractors provided by precise. I had asked one of the original sales contacts from precise if the windows would work within the space they are to avoid needing to remove blinds and told that it would be. Now I need 11 new blinds to fit the adapted opening size. I would rather hire another more skilled contractor to finish the work and have no further contact with precise. Id like to protect other people from the issues I have had to deal with. I was threatened with a lien on my property if I did not pay. But feel I have been wrongly treated by this business.

We would like to address a recent review left by a homeowner regarding a project in which our role was limited strictly to the installation of Pella windows. The homeowner was not our direct customer we were subcontracted by the ********************** contractor who managed the overall project.

At the homeowners request, we coordinated with Pella to have a factory service technician present during the windows installation. Our installation team completed the work to manufacturer specifications, and the customer was informed throughout the process.

After the installation, the homeowner told our installer that she planned to remove and replace the window trim herself to match a rustic look she was creating during her broader home remodel. Despite this, she later requested additional free labor and materials including a no-cost egress window valued at approximately $6,000 which were never part of our agreement.

The project was signed off as complete on June 3rd. Since then, the homeowner has continued to demand free items and services. It has also come to our attention that she is currently withholding payment from the roofing contractor, and we believe her dissatisfaction may be driven by an attempt to avoid fulfilling that financial obligation.

We take pride in delivering quality work, clear communication, and professional service. While we always strive to exceed expectations, we cannot honor demands that fall outside the scope of the agreed project.
