  If only ZERO stars were possible! RefiJet is a pathetic joke as was their poor service and lack of follow-up by ******!Here is the email I sent to their lack of customer service email provided by ******, one of your sorry loan advisors...I want to file a formal complaint against ****** and I want the recording of our 16 minute call today @ 1:00pm CST forwarded to his supervisor.I was lied to about the option for soft inquires and then of course turned down when he lied and said, "everything looks good to get your father off the loan.I immediately received 2 Hard Inquiries further damaging the credit I'm trying to repair hence me reaching out to y'all.The absolute most pathetic customer service ever after I jump through all 4 of your hoops immediately, registration, DL, insurance and ODO.What a joke! Absolutely pathetic! I'll put my review on ****** for all to see!1

  Refijet offers a terrible service with little feedback from their untrained customer service team. I told them to cancel my loan buyout for my leased car but they continued with the prices despite my incessant requests to stop the loan process. Instead this company continued on with the loan which severely complicated my buyout process. The representatives offered me little help and had me running around signing various paperwork. Do not go with this company to refinance or buy out your leased vehicle, you will have little support from them

  One star is too much! Truly disrespectful!After several days of trying to refinance a vehicle and having excellent credit. The individual (******) provides many excuses as to why he couldn't reach me by phone or email; due to his schedule. After reading through the legal bit and recapping everything that has been done before as if he is just now looking at my information. (The company site tells you the service charges. So there are charges for using them. Okay.)However, moving from a total payoff and payment of a vehicle after APR is applied to a every small change in APR, higher payment, and higher total payoff was their idea of refinancing for a better APR and total interested paid in the end. ****** was reading what he was given and could not explain the hike in payment and total payoff with a small change in APR. When it comes to simple, compound, or other interest rates the calculations do not in anyway change how math is done. Customer beware, do your math. Ensure the sales pitch given you is not costing you more like they were trying to get me to move to. Almost a $9,000 hike in total payment more than what I have now moving to their idea a refinance. I was wondering why there were no customer reviews.

  I had an excellent experience with their website and user friendly app. ****** provided quick followup to all my questions and awesome customer service! The entire process from beginning to end was less than 3 weeks! And more importantly, rate was cut by more half and am saving hundreds of dollars a month.

  I dont even want to give this company one star. Horrible communication and customer service. Worked with *** and he was terrible. Tried to call multiple times because he did not enter MY NAME correctly in my paperwork for my new loan company. I had to get this sorted out and could not reach him for days. I finally asked for a supervisor to contact me. *** TEXTED ME didnt call texted me this:Excuse me for having a lot of people that I help and being extremely busy, So you want to call and complain about me for helping you save **** dollars? OKAY.. Someone will reach out with they can.Unbelievably unprofessional.

  The process was easy and all on-line. The **************** was excellent and available, answering my questions in a timely manner. The closing was quick and the interest rates were good. Would use them again!

  Refijet was so easy to work with. They went out of their way to help us, and everything was smooth transaction. If I had known refinancing was going to be this easy, I would have done it before! ***** is the best agent and really cares about working for the customer. A+++++
