When I came in I told them, my paid off car needed a lot of work and I couldn't afford the repairs. I just needed a reliable vehicle for my children and I and that's why I was settling to take on a car payment. I paid $12,000 for this vehicle with no warranty, which I knew however I didn't expect anything to break in a short amount of time. NOT EVEN, 3 weeks into owning the vehicle, the first repairs were needed totaling hundreds of dollars that I paid their repair shop. 2 months later, more repairs were needed. 6 months later $1500 worth of repairs were needed. Ball joints, control arm, new struts (see photo attachment, this was ONLY 6 months after owning the vehicle) NOW, another $1,500+ worth of repairs are needed. I can't use the glove compartment, opened that one day and it just completely fell out and can't be screwed in. I went to open the driver side vent and that completely fell out of the hole and doesn't work. I have owned this car less than a year and it is by far the biggest regret of my life purchasing a vehicle from this place. I went to trade it in because I couldn't keep up with the cost of all of these repairs adding up and they even said this was the worst deal they've ever seen someone be in and they've been doing this for 20+ years. I couldn't even trade it in!! They said that what I owe compared to what it is worth, I would have to PAY THEM OVER $5,000+ just for them to take it off of my hands. That's how upside down I am with this car in less than a year of owning it and the thousands of dollars of repairs needed. I can't afford to fix it, I can't afford to trade it in and I still have to make monthly payments on a car I can't drive to not ruin my credit.
