Construction is a business that is full of surprises. The is really true of remodels and additions. On my job there were minimal surprises. When there were Isaac took care of them. He was always fair and he and his contractors did good work. I would suggest to anyone having work done to do the following. Always have a good plan and stick to it. Address any concerns or issues right away. Do not be afraid to ask questions and speak up. If you expect mind reading to be done by anyone you will be disappointed. I am happy with every aspect of my job with Uni Design. Isaac does a great job and is easy to work with and very well versed in all phases of construction, But at the end of the day I remember this: "If it has to be it is up to me" take some responsibility for yourself no matter who you hire.Review from AS

Terrible company! Will not return calls, or fix problems they created! Extremely high priced for the bad work this company does.Review from M. Q.

Bad customer service. I personally went to the office and spoke with two staff members and explained my situation. I was looking at having siding work done and needed an estimate. Explained we had a disabled son whose room was our biggest concern as the bad siding was on his side of the home. I left my personal information as well as my husbands information. I was told the gentleman was leaving for lunch and he would swing by my house to look at our home the same day. He was a no show, did not give us a courtesy call to say he was not showing up. We gave them a week to show up or call. No return call and no show. Will never go into that business again.

We received a negative comment on 6/23/21 from ****** ******. We would like to explain what happened. The homeowner came into our Showroom and spoke with one of our sales representatives. We weren't sure if what she was needing help with was something we could help her with. He said that he was getting ready to leave and would go by her house and look at the situation. She said her husband would be home, he asked her to let him know that he would be coming by and she told him to call him before going over. He called the phone number she gave him and no one answered so he went on to do something else. When he had another chance to go by that day he tried calling her husband again and still no answer. Unfortunately he did not leave a message either time. After that we didn't continue to follow up after he didn't get a response with it. They never called us back to find out what happened. I should have followed up as well. I did check with my husband and he said he did not get a call. I also did not receive a call. I had provided my information to you as well. I did not call your office back because I was discouraged when neither I or my husband heard back from your company. Best of luck to you. Monica Q****.
