            Part of this moving company's business is selling unwanted items that they receive during moves. I purchased a Game Ready ice therapy machine through a ******** marketplace ad for $800. After receiving it, I found that it doesn't work properly and circulate cold water. I have tried messaging Jodi B**** (owner) numerous times, as well as calling her number via the BBB website. She will not contact me. This was after her husband delivered the device and told me that they were honest if there were any problems with the device and to let them know.

            We have used Ramsey Logistics twice now. The first time was great. Unfortunately the second time not so much. We had a deadline to meet, they were 2 hours late and we had to start unloading the truck on our own. We paid for 2 hours of service and they only ended up working 1 hour because we had already done half the work. They refused to give us a partial refund for being late and not providing the service we paid for. I would not recommend this company.
