I purchased an extended warranty from this business on March 4, 2022 for $2,166. At the time of purchase, the cars miles were 35,955. The purchase agreement was for 120,000 miles or until 12/31/2027. The contract number is VSC12310013 and car VIN # is 5N1AT2MVXLC738044. On 2/28/24, this car was totaled. I began contacting Nissan Greeley on March 2, 2024 for a refund on my extended warranty and to begin shopping for a new car. On March 6, 2024 I purchased a car from a different Nissan dealership, as I still had not heard back from Nissan Greeley. Starting March 8, 2024 I began calling the dealership almost daily and left messages for MIKE several times. I also spoke with and left messages for several other people at the dealership. Everyone I spoke to was unwilling to help me and couldn't transfer me fast enough.... It's really insane to me how fast this corrupt business replies to inquires to spend money (as they did when I called 2 years ago to purchase this agreement) but they downright REFUSE to provide even basic customer service or a call back. Finally, I left a google review and within an hour it was responded to with lies and no solution to my problem. You would think someone would reach out to fix the problem - but they continue to ignore me and the fact the contract we mutually signed entitles me to a refund. I have already talked to a lawyer and they are in violation of our contract -I plan to hold them accountable to the highest extent that the law allows. This dealership is very corrupt with AWFUL customer service and no regard for their contractual obligations to their customers!!!!!
