I received a letter of non-compliance due to a concern for noise at our rental property at 707 am on Friday 11/3. I called at 9:37 am that day and left a message requesting more detail about the violation given that our property is a short term rental and I wanted to confirm what guests the complaint was about. I called again on 11/6 at 9:40 am and left a second message. I then emailed on November 6th at 4:09 pm requesting additional details. I called a 3rd time on 11/8 at 13:05 pm with no answer. I called again on 11/9 at 11:54 and left a 3rd message requesting a call back. I also went to the listed location on ****** and they are no longer at the physical location. On the CIC management website it says they are moving but doesn't provide an updated physical address, only a PO Box. On our HOA portal it says they will return phone calls within one business day. I would like more information about the complaint and also be able to get ahold of our management company.

      Date: 11/14/2023

Yes I emailed again after I submitted the complaint and they reached out immediately. They suggest reaching out to the board of the HOA for all concerns. I told them they should update the incorrect address on ****** and to post somewhere that the board is now in charge of home owner concerns.

Thank you for reaching out and closing the loop.

      All the best,

CIC sent a bill wanting to charge $200. I sent $100 and said on the bill what is the other $100 for? I and several neighbors have called several times with only an answering machine answered. They never call us with only an answering machine. They never call us back. They only gave us a PO Box. I had to google to find their address. Then there was no name on their door. And neighboring business said they were hit and miss when they were at the business.
