    Had them spray weeds they sprayed 3 times not all weeds died I asked them to respray they told me they don't guarantee 100 percent weed kill so why do they keep spraying and charging me.

    Mr signed up for services with us 05/02/2023. We performed our first service on 5/15/2023. He was late on making that payment with payment reminders being emailed to him on 6/07/23 and a phone call to him for payment. He paid on 6/22/23 (30+days past due). Next service was performed on 7/5/2023. Payment reminder sent on 7/27/23 and payment made on 7/27/23 (22 days past due). On 7/27/23 Mr called in and updated areas to be treated so leach field would not be damaged -Treatment Map was updated. Next service was performed on 8/11/23. Emailed Payment reminders sent at 9/2/23, 9/23/23, 10/14/23. Personal phone calls made for payment on 9/15/23 (left voicemail). On 10/3/2023 Mr sent in text ""I would like someone to finish spraying my weeds they did a half *** job missed some others still growing" Phone call was made to Mr and the following conversation was had "received the message and that if he wanted us to have came back and resprayed for him then he should have called us 2 weeks after treatment. It is stated on the invoice. He said that was not on the contract I told him we don't have contracts. Then he said he is not going to pay for the services because we did a bad job. I tried to explain what he is seeing maybe new growth then he interrupted me and said "just go ahead and sue me or I'll sue you. I've never lost a case, you can threaten me with collections I don't care you people are liars" Mr's account was cancelled and sent to collections on 10/25/23 for the amount past due of $260.00. I have attached a copy of the confirmation of services as well as the services summary report from 8/11/23. We had no communication for Mr on his dissatisfied services until 53 days post service....The service summary states clear expectations of weed death in 14 to 16 days and there may be new growth between rounds. Mesa Turf Masters performed the services and communicated with Mr of all service and informed him of expectations on services. Mr did not complain until after collections notifications were made.
