      We created an account years ago. We verified that they had our phone number multiple times before we left. We were expecting that they would call us. My wife and I both were there. We both tried to call. They never called us. We got busy with work. We tried to call them and the line didn’t go through so we figured that they took all the items. You anre unable to leave a message. We brought over 80 clothes items in and over nine pairs of shoes, some of which were brand new. Supposedly, they only took two items and then donated the rest. We asked them where they donated them. They said the Salvation Army, but spectated that they could’ve gave them to the homeless and that we wouldn’t be able to find them. The frustration is that they put a no effort to return them. We verified they had our number. We asked them if they were in good condition, no wrinkles etc. we put them through the dryer used dryer sheets. Hung them up. We would like proof of where they donated them a receipt of each item. We do not believe that they were actually donated. We would like proof. The value of each item was between 10 and $15 for the clothes. And the shoes were between 20 and 100. They have one pair of Dexter shoes for sale for 44 and a 2 shirts. Today they said they had 3. Yesterday when I called they had 2. So if they actually donated them around July 9th how did that number change. Or we would like them to better their policies to protect customers. If no one calls, they should at least have to make some type of effort to return them if they would’ve left a message anything we would’ve gotten them. In our opinion, the clothes were very nice and thought they must have put them all out. And got busy. We would like to protect future customers. I also have some pictures of the type of items and the condition that they have they had no right to throw our items away, which were much better condition than many of the clothes and shoes there .       We’re really sorry that your items were donated to charity before you had a chance to pick them up. Just a quick reminder: as part of our process, we hold items for 24 hours after drop-off. We let everyone know at the time of drop-off that they have this window to retrieve their items.

      If you need a bit more time, no worries—just give us a call before items are donated (before 5 pm on the next business day), and we'll happily hold them for you.

      There are two local charities that pick up donations regularly from our store. The number of your available items will change as items are sold, which explains why your count went from 3 to 2.

      You can easily check your account online anytime for details like active items, sold items, balance, expiring items, and store credit. Just sign up for free consignor access, and you'll be able to stay updated.
