      I withdrew from **** before drop deadline and with no financial penalty. I had an acknowledgement email from about 11 months ago. I cannot find it, now! I made certain that there were any expenses. I called their **************** to confirm. I owe nothing. Approximately two months ago I start receiving emails saying I owe money We went back and forth. Told them what is stated above. They would not accept it. End until 9/99/25b when again, I received a letter saying I still owe money.Received a phone call on 1/27.25 saying if I do not pay up, they are taking these fraudulent charges and placing in collections. My credit scores depending on which credit bureau 746 to 811. I pay my bills! This is not my responsibility! Maybe *** will listen to BBB?

      The outstanding balance on a student account was $340.18 due to a withdrawal occurring after the 100% refund deadline of January 22, 2025. The student withdrew on January 23, 2025, and standard fees were assessed accordingly. The student received regular communication regarding the assessed fees and account balance. The fees have since been removed, and the student account balance is now $0 (see attached documentation). No further payment is required.
