    I hired ******** Asphalt in April 2024. On April 27th I made the down payment and on April 29th prep work began. I paid $20,100. I was very pleased with the work overall until May 2d when we had some rain. The area that had pooled water previously, and which **** specifically said they would rectify, had pooled. I sent **** a picture of the pooled water and he texted that he would have the guys look at it. I heard nothing more and so sent another picture on July 12th requesting the work be done. On September 17th I received a text from **** asking for pictures so he could schedule the work. On September 18th **** texted that he would try to get the guys over today. No one came on the 18th but on September 19th the crew showed up and did some work on the area. On September 23d it rained and the water pooled again. When I told **** he texted back and said "I'll have my guys out sometime this week and take care of it." I have been waiting for that work to be done since then, September 23d, 2024. I have texted **** 17 times since then; usually sending a picture along. He has responded some of the time saying he would schedule or get to it next week. But nothing has happened. Our last communication was on July 24, 2025 when **** texted "let me touch base tomorrow." I want ******** to come and correct the pooling issue, and also to take care of the cracks that have developed. The 2 year warranty does not expire until April 2026.

    Hey ****, I do require. We came out twice to take care of the area that is holding water up against the fence thats on the other side of the property thats got a barrier around it. Thats making the water kinda not drain. I asked a while back if we could come in and cut it out and you would pay for the French drain or some other drain and we never did get an answer from you if you can give us a call back Monday we can try to figure something out for you.

    I am rejecting this response because: ****** response is incorrect.  To my knowledge he only came out once to attempt to fix the issue, and I have not received any communication from ******** since ****** last text on July 24, 2025, and his last email on May 1, 2024.  Also there has not been any phone communications.  I have not received any communication about a french or other drain.  His response seems to be referring to a different property because the pool of water is not up against a fence and there is no barrier.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It hasn't rained since the work was done on October 16th so I cannot verify that water will no longer pool, but the crew worked very hard to remove the pool and level the area.

    I contracted ******** Paving and **** to repave my residential driveway and roundabout on August 28th 2024. The agreed upon price was $8000.00, and ******** Paving was paid in full after the job was completed. While ******** was laying the asphalt their small steamroller scraped the aluminum siding on the east side of my garage and dented 2 areas, as well as wrinkled up one additional panel. The workers immediately realized that they made a mistake and caused damage and called **** on the spot while I was there with them. Initially **** seemed responsive about correcting the damage, however after a couple days/once he was paid he became increasingly distant, and stopped reaching out altogether. Over the last six months I have called and texted him many times, and he will respond with some sort of excuse about why he cannot repair the damage at this time. At first I was understanding, however now it's been 6 months and I seriously doubt he will ever live up to his words about repairing the damage his company caused. It is aluminum siding which they do not make anymore, however I have not made any requests that the siding be exactly the same, I am simply looking for a best effort reasonable attempt to make my property whole again. Neither ******** nor **** has actually tried to resolve the problem at all. If I don't ****** him with text messages and phone calls I do not hear from him for months at a time (until I start calling or texting him again).

    Hi, we will be taking care of the driveway with in next 10 days also just drop off the siding piece that had to be custom order every thing be done by end of may when the weather fully cleared
