      Horrible experience working with this company. Our lease wasnt up until 1/31/2024, but we were notified on 11/14/2023 that they would not be renewing our lease and already had a tenant lined up to move in on 12/1/2023, essentially kicking us out with two weeks notice. I had informed ******* of Olde Towne Golden Realty on 11/7/2023 of our intention to not renew our lease due to a substantial rent increase and no repairs or upgrades being made, but we never confirmed that we were actually leaving, or leaving that month. She responded by stating if we would like to stay, I will drop off the new lease on 11/17/2023. Exactly a week later, we had still not secured a new place to live, she emailed me to let me know they were not renewing.I would never do business with this place ever again, no matter the circumstances. They seem unorganized and their communication is mediocre, at best.
