Where do I begin? I moved in to an apartment by 3Gen in March 2023. About a month later (the property manger stepped down) and had nothing but problems. I paid every month and yet in August they taped an eviction noticed on my door. I called several times a day and left voicemails every time I didnt get a response until 3 weeks later stating it was a "mistake on their end". Around the same time in My toilet handle physically broke off the toilet, it took someone a week and half to come in to replace it. Soon after I started having health problems with the mold in the apartment and in the common areas. I put a request in on the portal app on 10/16/2023 and no one reached out to me for months. I called them several times and left voicemails and I got no response. Yet the website and portal says 24/7 maintenance. I than called the town to report them. I ended up calling the **************** on them as well. I have talked to two area fire ********* saying im not the only one to call about this. On another note, half the time I lived there I didn't have hot water and or heat. Plus most of the washers/ dryers didnt work. I WOULD RUN FAR AWAY FROM 3 GEN as a rental property. I had to vacate the property a week and half go with my health declining. That's when I did not get a response on the mold problem. side note: they never did snow removal and wanted us as tenants to shovel the snow for the walk ways. If I could rate them with no stars I would. Plus the fire extinguishers haven't been checked in over 10 years nor the smoke detectors.
