We had Max **** replace transmission on my 2006 Dodge 2500 back in April of 2024( I believe). Total amount that we were charged was $4,242.01. We paid cash for the services. Truck is not running right since we had this service performed. We did take it to another transmission specialist and they also stated that the transmission was not performed properly since the truck is not running they way it should. We would like to see if this is something that you can assist us with to make it right. Please let us know what other information we can provide to you. Thank You.

They worked on my truck on May 16th of this year. I had 118k miles or so I believe, and now Im at 121k. They re geared the front and rear diff and added new aftermarket diff covers which are large capacity. They originally quoted me 8600ish for the work and when I went to pick the truck up they charged an additional $1,081 because they said they didnt account for the additional capacity and charged extra labor because he had a tough time getting the front ball joints out. He then proceeded to tell me that he removed one of the support bars from the Suspension off the rear because when he installed the aftermarket Differential cover because it was a large capacity the bar was hitting and could not be reinstalled. He then told me after I showed some concern that the bar didnt need to be there and was just Extra support he said he could fabricate me a new bar for $350, I said get me the estimate and Ill have a check mailed asap because I felt like that bar needed to be there. 1-2days later I called the shop explaining that the steering was super lose and something was wrong. He told me swing buy so I did and he looked under the truck when I got there and said my steering box was worn. (Funny how it was all tight and good the day I dropped the truck off) I said ok get me a quote for the box and the rear bar and Ill have a check over nighted to the shop. After weeks and weeks of hearing nothing and not getting a quote I noticed the rear axel was sliding left and right and would cause the trac control to turn on almost making me crash twice. The second time I almost hit a wall I called them telling them I needed that quote and he acknowledged that they didnt send it and said they get it right over 5 hr and another call they finally sent the quote. Then on 6/30 the front drive shaft separated and failed totaling the truck and almost killing/ Injuring me because it blew through the drivers floor almost taking my foot and spinning out almost rolling.
