    Booked a reservation on 1/11 to stay Thursday 1/11 until Saturday 1/13. I called ahead to let someone know we would be traveling with my service dog. Upon checking in, they let me know that we would need to be in a different room since I "didn't let them know I would be bringing my service dog." (I have my outgoing call to the hotel from Thursday at 3:50 PM we didn't check in until 8) Upon arriving we were notified all the amenities to the hotel were closed (Pool, hot tub, exercise room). When I checked in, a male staff member insisted on walking us to our room instead of just giving us our key cards which made me feel very uncomfortable and has never happened to me before. I contacted the 3rd party I booked the hotel through to request if we could be switched to a different hotel and they were unable to make any changes. On Friday when my fiancé and I got back to our room, there was a note left on our door that read "NO PETS ALLOWED, COME TO THE FRONT DESK WHEN YOU GET BACK". Management then disabled our keys to get in to our room keeping our service dog and property hostage. We went to speak to the front desk and no management was present, they informed us that we could not stay there anymore because of our dog, which I repeated was a SERVICE dog. They said that management told the a worker to stand outside our room while we packed everything before leaving. Absolutely horrible experience, through the hotel. Our rights through the Colorado ADA were infringed upon. The way that the hotel handled the situation is embarrassing. Additionally, they made us leave in the middle of a winter storm which easily were life threatening conditions. We were charged for the full 3 day stay with no refund after being kicked out.
