            Reserved room for 8/5/21 & did not find out I-70 was closed until that day. They would not consider canceling or transferring our reservation even though we did not know if we could get through or continue on route to our final destination in Fort Collins, CO. They were rude & arrogant & would not honor the lower, internet advertised, Rewards price for our room & told me that they were a "Destination" motel & could charge whatever they wanted & they charged us over $300 for a substandard, unclean room & would have charged us that whether we could have gotten through or not. We had to endure a 3 hour detour less then a mile past the motel in order to get to our intended destination. We will never stay at this location again even though we drive thru Glenwood Springs about 4 times a year.
