    This service automatically deducts their service fees from my account on time as scheduled and I have not missed a bill. The trash collectors skip by my house leaving the birds to scatter my trash. They come on occasion but not as contracted. The lady that handles the phone is quick tempered with paying customers and offers no resolution to missed pick-**** She is combative leaving the customer to feel battered for requesting **********************. I am a paying customer. Many people in my neighborhood have made similar complaints to no avail. It is unethical to fraudulently accept payment for no service rendered. The trash collectors are not held to a fair standard in satisfaction nor does the company personnel ensure this.

    In response to complaint filed by *********************: First of all we could not identify this customer since the account is not under her name and we could not understand who she was. After further research , which was the cause of our delay in answering this complaint, we drove to Ft. ******* and found out who the account holder was. We agree that **************, the account holders ********************** was missed for a couple of weeks due to the fact that we had a new employee while our regular employee was out and he did not realize that this ************** was a customer. When our regular employee returned to work he collected their trash as we have for many years. We do not automatically deduct their service fees, this is set up by the customer, not by us. We spoke with the account holder today and resolved the issue.
