    BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado opened an investigation on this business due to the amount of inquiries BBB has received. BBB conducted a file review and found that this company has a pattern of complaints alleging failure to fulfill services, refund issues and customer services issues. BBB contacted the company about this pattern of complaints.   


    In December 2021, the business communicated with BBB stating that they have continued to have exponential growth. The following is a summary of what the business has stated they have done and plan to do: 


    • Auto Ticketing – Automated ticketing deployed on October 15th, 2021, for all airlines. 


    • Refunds & Voids – The void window as per the scheduled carriers is 24 hours from the time of reservation. However, the void window for the merchant follows an extremely specific time of the day. We are implementing a process where the transaction will be first authorized and will be captured later. This will help in reducing the time gap between the 2 void deadlines. The implementation of this was completed on October 25th, 2021.


    • Chat Option – In the process of implementing Chat Box on our website. After the initial phase of implementation of a basic chat box, our goal is to implement a chat bot, which will be able to respond to basic and frequently asked questions by the customers.


    • Self Service Portal – Our internal team is also developing a self-service tool for the customers, where the customers will be able to void the reservation themselves, if the ticket is within the void period. The system will be able to void the ticket and the

    associated transactions of the reservation. The customers would be able to get instant resolution without waiting for an agent to assist them.

    I selected a return flight leaving Atlantic City to Fort Myers in the morning and payed, I got a confirmation email but with the wrong departure time. I called immediately and request the correct flight, the stated I need to pay an additional $300+ to get that flight which was on the site for the exact same price. After about 20 minute I gave in a said I will just take the flight I was booked for. After a couple days I had not received my confirmation. I called and they said the flight was sold out prior to me completing my purchase but if I paid another $200+ I could keep my original flight. ???. I said give me a refund and then he said he made a mistake and I would receive my ticket info in 24 hours. 24 hours later still nothing, called and got the same run around but this time they sent me to a "supervisor" who said the same thing yet again but this time it would only cost $ 100+ to keep the same flight that I payed for originally. I requested a refund and she stated she could only give me a travel voucher for a future trip but not a cash refund. I don't need any travel voucher from their company because I don't ever plan on using them ever agian. Still waiting to talk to someone. I have called back multiple time get placed on hold and then hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL SITE

    January- booked a cheap flight to ******* for the March break, no ticket, when contacted they stated no more seats left at that price. Contacted them numerous times regarding a refund still waiting. Rebooked flight with some difficulty, of course at an increased price, finally got confirmation number. During process another empoyee called stating he was updating our reservation, took our confirmation number and charged our credit card for another ticket. This was the worst experience dealing with a travel agency, these people blatently lie and are thieves. The agent that I dealt with was as conniving as they get. Nobody should ever use this company and I can't believe they have never had criminal charges.
