    Refund and Exchange Policy
    Charity Safaris provides fundraising travel packages and hunting trips for nonprofit auctions. Auction purchases are handled between the nonprofit organization and the winning bidder and are generally considered final once the auction has closed. Trip deposits paid to secure hunting reservations are non-refundable once dates are requested or booked, as they reserve outfitter availability and are applied toward the hunter’s final trophy fee bill or trip balance. Trip packages are typically transferable and valid for the stated seasons listed on the certificate or package terms. If a trip is not sold at auction, there is no cost or obligation to the nonprofit organization. Any date changes, substitutions, or rescheduling requests are subject to Charity Safaris and outfitter approval, availability, and the specific terms of the trip package.
