I am not one to leave bad reviews but if you care about customer service at all or a business and owner who is willing to make things right I can not in good conscience recommend this place. While vacationing in Colorado i needed my extensions maintenanced. At first the owner was very accommodating and got me in the same day Two days after my appointment i got a blow out for a concert at Red Rocks and lost 4 newly installed tape in extensions. Just two days after i paid over $400 for my service. Very disappointing. I reached out to the salon and the only resolution I was given was for me to come back to the salon about an hour and a half away from my hotel in Denver. I told the owner this was impossible as I had my concert to go to- by this time it was already 4 pm and had another 45 minute drive to red rocks to get there by 7 pm. I explained I lived out of state, was flying back to Florida at 6 am the next day . All correspondence stopped and i have now been ignored for days. I am simply asking to be refunded $125 as that is what i'm having to pay again to have all my tape in extensions maintenanced less than a week after my initial service. These extensions last me 6-8 weeks. This is beyond bizarre and unacceptable .I was really excited to have found a place so close to Breckenridge as I am looking to buy in the area and spend half of the year in Colorado so i need to find a salon that does both of my extensions- wefts and tapes and this was the only place i found and the closest but again, not how you run a business. I've worked corporate for huge salons and am in the industry and i know what is the industry standard for experiences like these. My calls and texts are ignored with no refund given. To add insult to injury whoever i was speaking to at the salon had a very snarky tone and completely bent the truth and made up lies.
