      Starts out great then they use and abuse you. Even if have an offer letter or promotion offer letter, they do not and will not honor it. They will show you a piece from the handbook that states they have the right to change any offer for any reason. So that offer you have is worthless.They will give you raises and promotions but as soon make good money your assets manger will say you are over compensated and try to find reasons to fire you to bring someone in else cheaper after you turned this c*** property around.If it give them a 2 week or more notice they will make sure you dont get your earned quarterly bonus.In the 3-ish years I worked there, I had 4 different regional managers. Well this last one still has assistant **************. She has to prove herself to get the **************. Shes been here since Oct 2023 and its now April 2024 and they still havent make her regional manager, so what does that tell you?Just dont bother to work here.

      If I could leave 0 stars I would. I applied for an apartment in mid march and after a long strenuous battle I was denied. The cost was $400 to apply, but all that happened was that I got yanked around for 30 days. I was asked for multiple pieces of information with each time being told "this is the last thing we need." And then on 4/13 they reached out to me and said that they needed MORE information but couldn't even tell me what they needed. They said, "It's a *****? *****? something like that" and couldn't clarify. I attempted to call today to figure out what it was they needed since I couldn't do so over the weekend, but received no answer. the ** box is full (this is always a thing by the way.) Found an email stating that because I didn't submit the info they were denying me. Mind you, this was just one weekend after being asked and I get things being turned in in a timely manner but it took them over TWO weeks at a point to tell me they needed more information and I had to call THEM for it. This entire process felt shady and like a scam. If you're reading this, I wouldn't ever do business with them. Save yourself and don't fall for the same thing I did.

      I was recently moved into a unit where all the electrical outlets do not work properly. I have not been treated or talked to professionally as a new resident or as a African American resident. I called the office but the ladies do not give their names when answering the phone, then someone last week got sarcastic with me. I would like to have a conversation with a regional manager and an apology issued for the immature sarcastic remarks. I have not one time been nasty or rude. They knew the electrical outlets were not working properly - when I did my walk through the maint. supervisor **** had the breaker box turned off. I moved in on 3/29 and it is not a priority for this inconvenience in my new apartment home to be fixed. I have been calling the office and they act as if I am bothering them, how rude & unprofessional!! Where is the empathy & compassion? Rent is not cheap - and with my health issues, I do not deserve to be treated as if this is a section 8 or low income property that does not care or respect their residents. I am no longer comfortable going to the office or calling as I feel like games are being played their attitude is non-chalant! The experience and warm welcomed clearly was for only until the lease was signed. I should not experience retaliation for this complaint. I left the message with corporate and sent an email. HELP ME!

      Hello, I left a 1 star review. Monarch is incredibly difficult to get in touch with if at all. The emails change are aren't valid you can't even contact them through the site. My Apartment Complex, ************* Apartments, ***********, ** keeps getting broken into by the homeless. The cops won't do anything. I've asked several times for an exterior fence like the property next to us. 2 weeks ago a homeless man came in and set fire to our laundry room in building 2 and defecated in the garbage can. Last night a homeless man walked into the building since exterior doors are always broken. He broke the pool door and was smoking a substance in the laundry room and going back and forth between the pool and laundry he then proceeded to get out what looked like a s**** driver and busted out lights in the entry way. This happens weekly, I'm harassed in the parking lot by the homeless. I call the cops they never show. Last night the 1 security guard showed up and chased the homeless man out, if the building after he started destructing property. What's it going to take for something to be done? This guy was violent and he isn't the only one that comes through the buildings and pass through the outdoorsy. I pay $1400 a month and I have a child. Do I really need to wait until one of them seriously injures or murders someone for the property to do something or do you only care about money? I think I know the answer. **** and ****** do everything they can and ***** the new manager is great. However, where is the transparency? The residents safety at LA Vida Buena is in jeopardy. Something needs to be done I've lived here for 3 years. I don't want to move however if this isn't rectified within a year with some movement in the next few months I will be breaking my lease and I will not be paying your ludicrous fees to break it. They are setting fires to our building, do something. I've left reviews, called emailed, zero response from monarch abs property managers.

      The first errant charge I encountered was for expiration of my renters insurance. I had furnished my insurance companys statements to Monarch employees for the last three lease periods for consecutive and seamless intervals. I can only speculate Monarch staff had developed an office slang that defies comprehension and can result in unintended outcomes.The Uniform Commercial Code governs contract law and has been adopted in the vast majority of states. The parties to a contract are required to defend the contract or they will have acquiesced, that is, accept the error. The burden of defense is more strongly applied to the author of a unilateral contract, in this case, Monarch.With those details in mind, the other penalty charge requires more explanation. Monarch had sent me three reminders to send my new proof of insurance before my insurance company had even invoiced me. [My lease period and my insurance period are not identical.] About Oct 15 2023, I sent Monarch their proof, thinking all was well. [That date was before the expiration of the older term of insurance.]Then, I began getting repeated requests for the proof of insurance, and suspected Monarch was having a computer malfunction. Eventually, someone disclosed that Monarch actually wanted was Sherwood Apartments named as an additional insured. I looked back at the original proof and verified that comment had been omitted. If Monarch had been clear about what they wanted, I could have fixed the error in a few hours in October. BBB disputes with Monarch indicate my problems werent unique.

      ********** *****. ITS ILLEGAL TO ENTER MY APARTMENT WITHOUT TELLIMG ME! I understand an emergency but ***** contacted me and entered my apartment AGAIN recently, WITH NO NOTICE! AND LEFT MY DOOR UNLOCKED!! My apartment could have been unlocked a whole week because my sister last checked it. This complex is making me want to get a lawyer because my rights keep getting violated and when I call the front office I just get 'Sorry'. Maybe not have your facility ran by kids.

      This is obviously an investment company trying to also invest in property management without full knowledge of laws and management. I have lived in quail hollow apartments for 4 ******************* in the apartment was patched or not maintained. None of the amenities have been usable since the day I moved in. The pool has been green, fire pit has weeds, grills dont have tanks but instead stones from the unused fire pit the kids moved, used broken down toys in playground for 2 months, water main leaks ignored for 2 months & then parking lot ripped up causing parking issues & left with no repair for over a month which is a hazard for small children, lights flickering when washing machine runs, sewage backing up into home multiple times a month, no constant pest control and continuous pests, wrong size air filter and black mold throughout apt that I have obvious pictures of, large dumpster overflowing just with furniture from move outs along with normal dumpsters overflowing, watching homeless guy continuously jerk open the door to gym & getting food delivered and nothing done (but best camera security system I have seen), zero communication to residents about repairs (water shut off without notice), & the list goes on. I have called the office many ********** rolls over to voicemail and cuts off, I called emergency *********************** was full without response, I have emailed monarch and the manager contacted me instead, I have called monarch & a representative contacted me to get my contact with no response. I gave notice of mold and children being sick and manager contacted once & then ignored me. They even blocked my online access to pay rent or report work orders. I only was able to have maintenance in my home because I walked over to them outside. People moving out left & right & that have had a full staff turnover just in the 4 months but have not communicated to the property. Real estate commission and wis will be informed this is neglect.

      Nothing ever works consistently. Waited over a year for new elevators to be installed. Had to walk up 8 flights of stairs more often than not. New elevator has been installed and still doesnt work consistently causing me to and my kids to have to walk up 8 flight of stairs multiple time per week,multiple times per day. Pay for paid parking to secure my cars and the garage door are constantly broken and left open. I feel like Im not getting what Im paying for and feel helpless because if I didnt fully pay what I promised to pay monthly there would be consequences. No one seems to be being held accountable here.

Upon being notified on Saturday morning, we promptly contacted the elevator manufacturer, and we are pleased to inform you that the elevator was back in service by 3 pm on the same day.
      We acknowledge that the new elevator has been sensitive, leading to recurring outages, and we understand the frustration this may cause. Please be assured that we are actively working with the manufacturer, to address and rectify any issues to enhance the reliability of the elevator at the ******* building.
      Regarding the recent garage door issue, we regret any inconvenience caused by the broken door that required parts and a lift for installation.       Our company, Complex Property Solutions, LLC, completed a corporate application, which was approved initially and then later denied. I understand that you all have a policy to only accept corporate applications for companies who are attempting to house employees. However, we are a 3rd party service provider who offers rental assistance for individuals who may not be able to be approved for a lease on their own due to negative rental history. I understand if you all do not accept these terms. However, Heather, the manager at this office falsely advised our clients that our company is a scam! And also claimed that what we do is against the law. Our company works directly with major property companies such as ********, ********, ********, ***, ******* and **** and ****** Properties. All of these companies refer our services to clients who would not otherwise be approved because we have amazing rental history and cover the rent by the 1st of each month with no exceptions. As you can imagine, it is a horrible accusation to accuse our company of being a scam we have years of a track record showing otherwise. I would like for someone to speak directly with this employee about the importance of not slandering a company's name with false information that she is unsure of.
