    Our experience with The Sprucery Nursery was deeply disappointing and costly. In June 2024, we purchased a tree for nearly $1000, including removal and installation. Within weeks, the leaves shriveled and fell. We were told it was "root shock" and assured it would recover. Despite diligently following their stringent watering and fertilizing guidelines, even hand-carrying water throughout winter, the tree died.When seeking a replacement, we were offered a meager $450 credit, explicitly excluding installation ($150) and potential surcharges for larger trees ($185). A refund was denied, citing their policy. The owner initially suggested we could use the credit for "other things" because we were not interested in purchasing another tree. The manager decided the credit must be used for trees. This confusion, coupled with a consistently condescending manager, required another direct call to the owner in ******* to resolve.We are out nearly $1000, with a dead tree and a partial credit riddled with hidden costs and conflicting information. The Sprucery Nursery showed a shocking lack of accountability, transparency, and genuine customer support. Their warranty proved useless, their communication was chaotic, and their product failed despite our best efforts. We cannot, in good faith, recommend The Sprucery Nursery to anyone.

    The Sprucery ******, and ***** and her crew, were amazing from the design to the actual role out and completion of our back yard landscaping project. ***** communicated throughout the entire process and her crew showed up on time and completed the project on time. We are excited to use our extended patio and fire pit and watch our trees and plants ******** We finally have an amazing backyard thanks to ***** and The Sprucery Scapes.
