    I purchased a 2024 Montana Legacy on 11/23/23 RV from WIndish RV. When I purchased the unit I idendified a broken window shade on the back of the unit. I was told it would be ordered and I would get it within a month. After receiving the unit and using it for the first time we identified 7 more shades that were broken. The issue is that they do not catch and stay down. We were told the remaining shades would be covered under warranty. It has been eight months and the dealarship has not replaced any of the shades. As the shades are blackout shades this causes a security issue for us in the camper. I have called a dozen times and been to the store in Fountain three times. The last time I was told there was no order placed ad ******* for the rear shade. We have send measurements for the shades to be covered under warranty and now we are being told to look ad a video to adjust the shades as the springs can get weaker over time. I have had it with them not honoring the rear shade they said they would replace at the time of purchase and not replacing the remaining shades under warranty.

    First let me apologize that it has taken this long to get your blinds settled. Unfortunately like most employers we have suffered from loss of staff and somethings got lost in transitions. We sincerely apologize for that. I am pleased to let you know that your blinds have been approved for replacement and the parts have been ordered. It seems ******* has been in contact with you about that and a different issue that needs replaced. Please contact him for ******************* the manager if you need anything further. Again, we apologize the very unnecessary delay in getting this handled.

    We purchased an Ember 24MBH RV from Windish RV in mid July 2023. At the time of purchase we noted three repair items at that need to be fixed as part of the acceptace: A cracked refrigerator draw, a warped top to a dinette bench, and a broken glass cover to the stove. We have repeatedly contacted the dealer and while they say they have ordered the parts we never get a call back despite leaving messages on their voicemail and with the receptionist. Six months later, we still do not know when ****** issues will be fixed.
