      I hate this company, they are snotty rude and extremely unhelpful!!!! As soon as I possibly can I'm switching providers !!!!! This company needs to be shut down as it's run by a bunch if money hungry inconsiderate idiots!!!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. They lie about the entry deals so the steal phones, the steal elderly info so they can rip them off if they think they can get away with charging extra in bills the elderly can't understand. They will not allow other adults on the account EVEN WITH ALL DOCUMENTS because they are afraid they will have someone else take control of that account who knows better EVEN IF THAT PERSON PRESENTS THE NURSES ID AND SHOULD GET A DISCOUNT. They don't have a working website, nor app. The ppl in the stores are idiots. Guess what? You CANT FIND MOST OF THE STORE LOCATIONS TO REPORT THEM!!! OR GIVE A ****** REVIEW!!! OR YELP!!! I have SOOO many screenshots proving the lack of service within miles of a tower. Can I post it anywhere? No. Errors. F U. Viaero ! ! !

      Go get an iPhone SE from ******* for about $150, buy a $45 ******** **** unlimited card, and be done with it. OR you can pay these people $200 a month to have worse coverage, bad service, and you get to have a Viaero representative reach out to try and intimidate you whenever you leave a bad review on ******. Also, the IPhone 12 Pro max I have is hardly worth the jump from the SE, and I’m still paying off the 12 pro after about 2 years, so there’s also that. A few things I’ve learned.

      The technicians that come out seem to be the only one that knows anything. Customer service people are ignorant and know nothing about their products.
